IS SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping is fee Flat rate: ₹50.00 in India on all items.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can.

We print and pack your orders on demand within 24 hour.

Our shipping partners take 2 to 7 working days to deliver the orders based on the location of the customer.

TOTAL SHIPPING TIME
The total turnaround time for your orders would range from 2 to 8 working days

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, bad weather, strikes, remote locations or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED?

If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 140 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL / DELIVERY?
If an order gets sent back or get’s lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The delivery service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible or else refund your entire amount [This is on KUAVI discretion]. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ORDER IS MARKED DELIVER BUT NOT ACTUALLY DELIVERED?
If an order is marked delivered but not actually delivered we ask for Proof of Delivery from our logistics partner. If the logistics partner is not able to provide the proof, we will arrange delivery of your product or send a new shipment or refund your whole amount.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ORDER BREAK and GET DIFFERENCES IN THE DELIVERY ?

If an order is marked delivered but not actually delivered we ask for Proof of Delivery from our logistics partner. and you will take Opening video and Photo.If the logistics partner is not able to provide the proof, we will arrange delivery of your product or send a new shipment or refund your whole amount.
